Transfer of Agreement: We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization. You may only transfer your rights or obligations to another person if we agree to this in writing.
Third-Party Rights: This Agreement is between you and EquiCeutica LLC. No one else has any rights under this Agreement, except someone to whom you lawfully transfer your guarantee.
Severability: Each paragraph of these terms operates separately. If a court or relevant authority deems any part unlawful, the rest will continue in full effect.
Enforcement Delay: Even if we delay enforcing any part of this Agreement, we retain the right to enforce it later. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not immediately take action, we can still require payment at a later date.

Classified as a Prescription Only "Special" Veterinary Medicine (POM-V) in the UK, EU, and Australia, and prescribed by over 50 leading veterinary hospitals including Rossdales Equine Hospital, B&W Equine Group, and Via Nova Equine Clinic.
